About the Argos
Established in 1960, the Association operates as a volunteer run Non-Profit Organization, registered with NS Joint Stocks. The Argos offer tackle football programs for the youth of Halifax, competing in the Nova Scotia Minor Football League with teams in the Atom, Peewee & Bantam divisions.
 
Our Coaching Staff
The Halifax Argos coaching staff is composed of provincial program instructors, as well as former professional coaches and athletes. Not found in any other minor association in the province. Our young Argos athletes reap the benefits of the knowledge, experience, and dedication our Argos coaches bring to the field.
